• In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition and include all accessories and documentation in its original packaging. We recommend using the original shipping box and packing materials to safeguard the product during return shipping.
  
• Please note that if you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be subtracted from your refund. It's also essential to note that we do not accept returns on customized or personalized products.
• Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within a period of 7 business days.
